FRANK BUSSO

Frank Busso is the current President of the American Accordionists’ Association, 2023- 2025. Frank studied accordion at the Staten Island Music School in New York before graduating from Boston University in 2001. After graduation, he became an Instructor and Arranger for the Boston University Bands. Frank is the Director of the Air Force Strolling Strings, which provides the musical backdrop for major governmental functions. The Strings have performed on every continent, at every State of the Union, and at every Air Force Installation.

HENRY TYSZLER

Henry Tyszler is a violinist based in Northern Virginia. Originally from Southern California, he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Violin Performance from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Master’s Degree from University of Rochester’s Eastman School of Music. Henry has toured throughout North America, Asia, Europe, and Russia as soloist, chamber, and orchestral musician. He was a member of the United States Air Force Strings for 24 years where he served as the group’s manager. He currently performs as a freelance violinist in the Mid-Atlantic Region.
